Oh my husband.. He is a great cook, he is also a control freak and he is correct he is easily distracted.. The food was delicious, even if it was a little over cooked, but we ate it none the less. And I know that everyone enjoyed the fellowship. We talked and we laughed and we ate way too much! lol.. But it seems that our newest of friends don't hate us yet and just might be willing to come back again for another try... Just wondering, what will our next meal be, what can Henry decide to cook that will come out the way he wants it to, without him getting too distracted? Ah maybe we should consult a cookbook for some ideas.. I still love him no matter how the meal comes out. He is willing to try new things and is always wanting to make me and our guests very happy, by making everyone feel quite at home.

And I love him for that wonderful flaw. Maybe a timer will help?...
